Dr. Bernard Levin, Vice-President for Cancer Prevention and Professor of Medicine at the University of Texas M.D. Anderson Cancer Center in Houston, discusses the potential role of chemoprevention in the management of colorectal cancer. He reviews recent chemoprevention trials in colorectal neoplasia looking at the efficacy and safety of various agents. He also presents ongoing research and future chemopreventative drug development in populations at risk for colorectal cancer.
